The hotel’s location was excellent, with easy access to public transportation and just a short walk away from a major shopping center. The layout of the hotel was a bit confusing and required navigating multiple stairs and corridors to reach the room. There was no elevator available, which could be difficult for guests with mobility issues.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center. It was so convenient to explore all the sights and attractions. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Special shoutout to Inna and Jenya who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. I especially appreciated the earplugs provided, which kept the noise from the street to a minimum and ensured a good night's sleep.

Had a wonderful New Year's stay! The rooms were clean and had heated floors - perfect for the winter! The location was great, just a short walk from the main shopping district and close to the metro. They provided daily fresh towels and shower supplies. Our room was also very quiet. The breakfast was tasty and included a variety of options.

The room was a bit small and there was no lift, so carrying our luggage up the stairs was a bit of a hassle. the bathroom could have been updated a bit more - some of the fixtures seemed a bit old.

There are many famous landmarks nearby to visit, such as the Winter Palace and stunning churches. Despite its close proximity to the train station, the rooms are peaceful and relaxing. You can start your day with a decent breakfast, and the friendly staff are always on hand to help with any queries or recommendations.
